Audits

Our audit approach is risk based, industry specific and tailored to our client’s particular operational structure. We work hard to gain a strong understanding of the business processes, accounting policies, internal controls and financial reporting issues specific to each of our clients and their respective industries.

In order to deliver a high quality efficient audit, our audits are planned to be responsive to our assessment of the risk of material misstatement based on the understanding we gain of the organization and its environment, including internal controls.  We utilize this understanding to design the nature, timing and extent of our audit procedures, while maintaining an objective and independent attitude.  We work with our clients and help identify opportunities for strengthening internal controls and operating efficiency.  We also provide timely and clear communications regarding on going professional developments and insights regarding matters that may affect our client’s business.

Our audit approach is used on all engagements to ensure uniformity, efficiency and consistency.  Our approach is reviewed annually and updated to reflect quality improvements.  This audit methodology helps ensure that our audit services comply with ever changing regulatory and professional standards.
